Mainly need to do daily cleaning and regular inspection and maintenance, the steps are as follows:

1. The whole tailboard should be greased once every fifteen to twenty days; There are 14 oil cups (grease filling ports) in the plate, and the oil cups are distributed at each rotating shaft.

2. Rinse the mud, sand and other foreign bodies attached to the tail plate (especially the moving parts) with clear water in time, otherwise it will have adverse effects on the use of the tail plate.

3. It is forbidden to use high-pressure water gun to clean the power unit box and electric control box at close range when washing the car (dry air gun can be used for cleaning). If it is found that the power unit, electric control box and box cover fall off, break or deform, they should be replaced in time.

4. When loading corrosive substances such as acid and alkali, it should be used with caution. If there is any residual surface of corrosive substances, it needs to be cleaned to prevent the tail plate from being eroded by corrosive substances.

5. Check the oil level of the oil tank every two weeks to ensure that the oil level is not lower than 75% of the volume of the oil tank. If it is insufficient, the hydraulic oil should be replenished in time. If the hydraulic oil is in the specified amount, the oil pump will produce abnormal sound, resulting in a decrease in the service life of the oil pump.

6. When checking the hydraulic oil, if it is found that the hydraulic oil turns white and milky (water enters), or the hydraulic oil turns black (the use time is too long), the system should be cleaned up in time, and the new hydraulic oil should be replaced. The hydraulic oil should be changed at least once every six months, and when new oil is injected, it should be filtered with a screen with more than 200 meshes.

7. When the ambient temperature is lower than -10℃, low temperature hydraulic oil (such as YC-N32 low pour point hydraulic oil) should be used instead.

8. The battery capacity should not be less than 80Ah, and the tailgate with high frequency of use should be checked regularly. Every once in a while (usually 10 to 20 days), the on-board battery should be charged by external charging.

9. Always check the power cord from the battery to the tailgate motor. Once it is found damaged, it should be replaced or bandaged in time.

10. Check the rotating parts for excessive wear every month, and replace them in time if necessary; Check whether the fasteners are loose or not, and if so, tighten them in time; Check whether the weld seam is cracked, and repair it in time if necessary; Check the tail plate for serious paint stripping, and repair it in time if necessary; Check whether there are serious corrosion parts, and replace them in time if necessary.

11. After the tail plate is used for a long time, the power system, pipelines, pipe joints and oil cylinders may loosen and leak oil. Check and tighten the connecting parts in time. If the fastening work still fails to solve the leakage, you should immediately go to the designated maintenance factory for repair.

12. Check the high-pressure oil pipe once a month, and replace it immediately if the oil pipe is damaged or cracked.

13. If the line fault caused by maintenance cannot be solved, you can contact the after-sales maintenance personnel of automobile tail plate manufacturer.
